Insights from analyzing Google Analytics traffic data along with internal data

Business Challenge

Our client, an e-commerce retail company wanted to understand their website traffic and conversions.


Menerva analyzed this by merging their Google Analytics traffic data with their in-house metadata that contained information about their products.

A list of adhoc questions ranging from top-selling products to most visited but least converted were addressed. The answers to the queries were presented in a final presentation supplemented with recommendations, observations and suggestions we gleaned from the insights. Excel workbooks that used pivot tables allowing the client to slice and dice the data were also provided.


The information provided allowed the client to make important business decisions based on which products were performing increasingly well and which others can be targeted for cross-selling or additional marketing and promotions.
